Warning lights

I have a couple of lights on the motherboard that have an orange/red color on them and I cannot find any documentation regarding motherboard indicators.

One light is CR713. This is a solid dark orange color.

The other light is on the Smart 2DH Array controller and it is light CR7. This light is dim orange and flickers on and off.

All other lights are green across the board.

We have had problems with this server recently in that is has been shutting down unexpectedly by itself. The last time it shutdown we could not get it started again until we totally unplugged it and let it sit for 10 minutes. We then plugged it back in and it came up.

Can anyone tell me the meaning of these particular lights?
