Warnings on HP DL 380 G6

Hello,
After installation of Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition, latest drivers, bios... start to get these warnings:
Log Name: System
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Processor-Power
Date: 11/11/2009 12:46:37 PM
Event ID: 37
Task Category: (7)
Level: Warning
Keywords:
User: SYSTEM
Computer: Server
Description:
The speed of processor 4 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 0 seconds since the last report.

Just wonder if someone has a clue for them?
Thank you in advance

Hi Chip,
I have answered similar query on following link:

It's the byproduct of new Processor Power Management feature in Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.
You can download the document and see how it affects the system performance.
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/system/pnppwr/powermgmt/ProcPowerMgmt.mspx

Reduced performance state is 0 seconds so It's not a error message.
If you don't want to receive this event then simply turn off its support in BIOS.
1. Enter BIOS by pressing F9 on POST
2. Navigate to "Power Management Options" => "Advanced Power Management Options" => "Minimum Processor Idle Power State"
3. Choose "No C-States"
