Hi @Allan D'Souza , Looks like the issue is still happening, even on iLO 4 Firmware v2.72 May 2019.

I don't recall having to back anything up beforehand but I don't recall losing any settings, but this was 3years ago so you'll forgive me if my memory is a little hazy. I'm sure the RAID config stayed intact, but apart from that... sorry.

That's fine @AndyChips, as long as the RAID configuration is still intact, the worst-case scenario is to manually configure the server after the RBSU factory reset.
