What's the SD card spec of MicroServer Gen8

I have got an old boy MicroServer Gen8 and boot it to ESXi 6.7 with an USB drive. I noticed there's also an embedded port for SD card. I cannot find the speed spec of it. So anyone know the speed level of the SD card?

Besides, can I config the SD card with the USB drive as RAID 1 for the booting device?

There is precious little documentation on that device.

Having used microSD in a number of signage products, I would suggest avoiding it.

Note, HP do have a raid1 microSD->USB for those of you that (rightfully) don't trust microSDs.
