Where can I find the latest WMI Wrapper update?

Just got an email about a new security update,WMI Mapper for HP Systems Insight Manager Running on Windows, HPSBMA02412 SSRT080040 rev.1 - I can't find the download anywhere. I can find a January 2009 update but not the March 2009 one. Does anyone have the link?

Also, can anyone determine if this is applicable only to the Insight Manager Server or does it also apply to all the managed agents as well?
