Where can I get the SCU utilities and/or the SmartStart CD?

Where can I get the SCU utilities and/or the SmartStart CD?

I have purchased some 2nd hand Proliant DL360 servers and I keep reading about the "SCU" utilities and the "SmartStart" CD's but I cannot work out how I can get either of these.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
