Hi, this utility is installed with the Proliant Support Pack.

In Linux it's: cpqblru -a cpqrmm###.bin

In Windows: Click on Start -> Programs -> Compaq system tools -> Compaq BL rack upgrade utility

We have the same issue. We reinstalled PSP for WIN2003 on one management server but still no rack upgrade utility (we need it to upgrade Server Blade and Power Management Module Firmware to Version 2.40)

Any hint?
