Will boot array 6i RAID 0 only with CD or floppy inserted

Many installations later, with both Smartstart 8.4 and directly with MS media, blowing the array away every time, the DL360 server works fine after booting but it asks for a floppy in drive A or a bootable media, CD/DVD to be present for booting. Without them, not booting. Installed 2003/2008 before and worked fine. What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.

wht is the boot order in the bios.

ROM-Based Boot order:
ctlr:1 Array 6i
ctlr:2 PCI IDE

Std Boot order (IPL):
CD-ROM
Floppy
USB
HD c:
PCI HP NC7782

This is a x64 installation.
Tried a couple times with x32 with same results.
