Win 2008-RC0 64Bit server on a DL-380-G5
There is two yellow exclamation marks under the heading:
----------------------
Other Devices -->
Base System Device
and
IPMI Interface
---------------------
What are those?
What to install to remove the yellow exclamation marks?
Cheers: Max!

You can download the PSP for your OS here:
ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softlib2/software1/supportpack-windows/p308275494/v41219/psp-7.90.lh.x64.exe
Also, check notes here:

Re: Win 2008-RC0 64Bit server on a DL-380-G5
When I install the psp-pack:psp-7.90.lh.x64.exe
The server does NOT start up due to the following file:
---------------------------------------
bxvbda.sys = This file is NOT digatally signed!
Window cannot identify the publisher/vendor.
---------------------------------------
I did a repair in the console by dint of simply removing
the offending file at the command prompt.
Then the computer starts up BUT no network cards are installed.
Cheers: Max!

Re: Win 2008-RC0 64Bit server on a DL-380-G5
In the documentation there's the following regarding signatures:
Driver signatures
Driver signatures contained in the PSP are either signed by HP or use the existing Microsoft Windows 2003 signatures. Microsoft does not currently issue Windows Server 2008 signatures.
There are still several known issues on ProLiant servers with Windows Server 2008. Maybe this is just another one. Try to disable TOE and ISCSI on the NICs.

How can I disable something on the NICS when they DO NOTt show up in the device-manager?
Cheers: Max!
