Windows 2000 SmartStart

I wish to install 2000 on my ML370, but I have SmartStart 4.6 and 4.8, is it possible? or do I need 4.9 ($)?

Next I would like to know the exact procedure I need to do:

1- SmartStart
2- Windows 2000
3- Windows 2000 SP1
4- Support Paq 5.08A

I also have a Array 431, do I need to do something special?

You can use SS 4.8 to install Win2k. The steps you outlined are correct. You must be sure to install the Support Paq, as this contains the latest Win2k drivers.

I'm at the exact same spot except I have 4.90. Does win2k directly support the 431 or do I need to install the drivers during setup? Is there a guide to the smart start? I suppose it is self explanatory but since I won't have access to the servers until it's time to install I can't look at it. Thanks for your time.
