Windows 2000 Upgrade
I just upgraded our 1600 to Windows 2000. This was (and still is) our PDC.
Since the upgrade some stange things happen. Like....
1.) On bootup it sits on the preparing network connections for 3 and half minutes. Seems kind of long.
2.) Sometimes when I right click an object and select properties. The properties dialog box never appears. Yet if I try to close the window I get a message telling the properites is still open. I have to go to task manager and end the task logout and then log back in again before I can get into properties.
What's up with that??? help

Re: Windows 2000 Upgrade
When you upgraded, did you use the Primer.exe utility to get rid of all the Compaq Specific drivers prior to the install, and similiarly, has the most recent Support Paq for win2k been installed?
