Windows 2003 Server 64Bit Enterprise Eddition

I am lookgin for confirmation that Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Eddition will work on a Proliant ML370 G4 Xeon DP 2400 2.0MB/800 Server part code 379910-031.

Our client requires Enterprise Eddition and I can no longer source the OEM version in 32bit only in 64Bit.
