Windows 2008 R2 on DL320 G5

Hi,

Is Windows 2008 R2 supported on a HP DL320 G5?

Will it install and will i be able to get all the drivers from HP for this machine if it has 2008 R2?

Any help is much appreciated.

Offcially Windows 2008 R2 is not supported. It is supported however on the DL320 G5p. The G5p is newer than the G5. It might work but you may have difficulty finding drivers for all the hardware components. Most people use drivers from win2003.
