Solutionyour server is really old. Is it a must to run win2008 on it? Couldn't you downgrade to win2003?
Anyway, have you installed all drivers etc. appropriate to your system os from http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3279691&taskId=135&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=434814тМй=en&cc=us ?

Re: Windows 2008 and server ML310 driver
All that tells me is that it has detected 'something' on the PCI-bus that it doesn't have the correct drivers for.
(The PCI-bus itself looks good)
I would take a good long look at what kind of devices are instaleld on the server, and which ones seems to be missing in that list.
(I can't see USB-devices listed. Does this server have USB-ports?)

Re: Windows 2008 and server ML310 driver
(Google Translate is no help... )
But generally, if the server seems to be running, and the device that is missing a driver isn't needed, you can just disable it in the device manager, and Windows will stop bothering you about it.
