Check out this link:

Basically...it's not officially supported. But that doesn't necessarily mean it won't work.
Normally blades are scripted or imaged through RDP. RDP only contains script and image jobs for 2kServer, 2k3, RH, SuSE and United Linux.
So try this:
Do an iLO connection to the blade and get a virtual media connection open. Connect to the virtual cd option and point to the Win2kPro cd in your local workstation. Once connected ...reboot the blade and see if it will boot to the cd. I have heard of folks installing Netware this way since it's not supported through RDP either.
Netware 6.5 info:
(Supported for 2.8GHz/1M models and above and installation through local USB CD-ROM using I/O cable. iLO Virtual Media installation coming Q3 2004. Updated System ROM for BL20p G2 that supports NetWare 6.5 required.)
So maybe this same method will work for your situation.
