Windows Server 2008 and HP DL380 G4

Have major issue trying to install this OS onto this server, tried both Smart Start 8.10 and also straigh OS install. With the Smart Start errors when you insert the OS CD or OS on USB Stick. With the OS install it just errors.

Any ideas?
