Hi, I am attempting to deploy Windows Server 2019 standard on an HPE DL360 Gen 9. When using intelligent provisionsing to deploy from ISO on USB disk I get the message "Windows Server 2019 Server Data Center not supported! ".
Intelligent provisioning has been updated to 2.82.9.
HOE OS Support matrix shows it is supported - https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/supportmatrix/windows.aspx
ISO from Microsoft includes both Server 2019 standard and data centre on the same ISO.
Any ideas on this one? I have logged a support case but no satisfactory response to date.

Re: Windows Server 2019 Server Data Center not supported! - HPE DL360 Gen 9
Hi,
Are you installing Windows 2019 Datacenter Edition onto a USB Drive?
If YES, what is this USB Drive?
For more information, please refer to these links:

Hi, no the ISO is on a USB disk. I am installing it to a RAID1 volume on local disks connected to Smart Array P440ar controller.

SolutionApparntley you cant use an ISO on a direct attached USB to deploy Windows through intellegent provisioning - the ISO needs to be extracted to the USB. At the end of the day I deployed using an ISO mounted through ILO. This process is very very slow using the HTML5 remote control utility and failed numerous times. After switching to the java client the process of deploying Windows went from ~5 hours to ~1 hour. Seems there are issues with the HTML5 remote control utility.

Re: Windows Server 2019 Server Data Center not supported! - HPE DL360 Gen 9
I have ran into that same issue of slowness using the HTML5 client and then you switch to Java and it works much better.
This problem seems to be fixed with ILO5.

Apologies for the delayed response.
I see that the you have already installed the OS. Is there any other assistance required.
