Solution
Hi Michael,
Windows Xp is not an offically supported OS on this machine. Because of that there is no driver available for the scsi controller driver for windows Xp. PCI.SYS error might be because windows Xp does not have the proper server PCI devices driver to load as it is a PC OS.

The only way I can think of doing it is through something like VMware running on top of a supported OS but this would work out to be an expensive solution.
