Windows won't shut down

Hi all,


I have been trying to get on a compaq prosignia 200 server, Xp to run.
Xp will run fine on the machine it self, al tho when i try to shut windows down or to reboot it keeps hanging in the blue screens.
This was also the case when Windows NT was on it and i can't get it fixed.
Ik updated the BIOS but no luck there either and tried some other updates without any result. I hope you can help me with this problem thanks in advance.
