Would Winodws Server 2003R2 work with HP Proliant DL580 G3 Server

I just purchase a HP Proliant DL580 G3 Server with 4 logical processor and 8GB or memory. Can i install Windows Server 2003 R2 operating system on it?

small addition: you need to use windows 2003 R2 Enterprise edition in order to use 8 GB of RAM
