Writing windows 2003 image keeps the same computer name

I am using RDP 3.00 with 29 Bl20p-G3 servers: installing win2003 (std,ent,32bit and x64) on four template servers + necessary applications (workgroup) then read the four template images. Deploying each template on multiple servers. Automatically, the servers are named such R1Rack1-Enc2-(bay number). The problem is: renaming a server to (TEST) then re-writing the original template image (taken with name R1Rack1-Enc...), the server prserves its last name (TEST) and do not use the name built in the image itself. Deselecting "Synchronize computer name with display name" but we have the same pb. How can the server uses the computer name configured in the image?

I had the same issue, I gave up, you can do it if you find the special token to do it, I would suggest looking in www.altiris.com for the special token that wiould take the server name
