adpu160m Error 117 in event log
Hello,
I have a DL380G3 running Windows Server 2003 (no Service Pack) and I just started getting an error 117 in the event log with the following text - The driver for device \Device\Scsi\adpu160m1 detected a port timeout due to prolonged inactivity. All associated busses were reset in an effort to clear the condition.
Can anyone help me figure out what is going on with this please.
Thanks,
Terry

Re: adpu160m Error 117 in event log
What's attached to the scsi controller? Is there a tape drive attached to this adapter? This is likely for a scsi adapter in a pci slot.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

there is an Exabyte tape library attached to the SCSI card and yes it is in a PCI slot.
