adpu160m1 Error
I am receiving the following error:
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\SCSI\adpu160m1
This error also causes my DAT24 tape drive to think its busy and not perform a scheduled backup.
Thoughts?

Re: adpu160m1 Error
Please make sure you have Latest firmware for the Tape drive.
Disable Removable storage service. It conflicts with your backup program sometimes and causes timeout issues.
Obtain latest Support pack for the server.

Re: adpu160m1 Error
Don't forget to check SCSI cables/connections/termination;
And also check new SCSI adapter driver (I sugest to download from manuf.)
regards.

Re: adpu160m1 Error
I've had this problem twice.
First time the controller was at fault and required the motherboard to be replaced.
Second time, I had to add a fan kit to my internal SDLT drive as it was getting too hot and would shut down during a backup and cause this error message.
