array controller in lockup state

Dear Sir/Madam

We are facing problem in HP DL 580 G4 Server's P400 Array Controller Card, when we try to boot that server it gives Error message " Slot-4 HP SmartArray P-400 controller 1783-Slot 4 array controller is in lockup state due to hardware configuration failure"
I have tried with slot-5 also,but result is same.
Then we tried another server's card on that server it's working fine.
Kindly help me to solve this problem.

Hi Aatish

The controller configuration is corrupt. It is not user flashable or resettable. You will need to contact HP to have it replaced.
