asr lockup
we are getting ntermitant lockups with a ml570 error code "asr lockup detected:code executing in module v6979696.6979536 at offset +60e20ah when asr nmi occured, running netware 6 with sp 3 installed, has anybody any ideas on this error

Hi there,
check in your Integrated Management Log, a copy of this file is attached in survey.txt file assuming you are running the survey utility. Otherwise, accessing the riloe also has a link for IML, or you can view it via the link provided by management agents.
ASR (Automated System Recovery) events can occur due to many conditions cpu temperature threshold reached, fan fault, ups failure, hardware malfunction,etc.
It seems in your case since its ASR NMI it appears to be a hardware malfunction case. I would suggest take a look at the IML and then log a call to HP. Have you installed any hardware (possibly not supported for your server) recently? I have had ASR NMI errors, resolution from HP was replacement of faulty motherboards.
