auto reboot

Hi there,
i am using ProLiant DL380 G4 dual power supplies with UPS, my question are:

1) how do i detect and inform administrator the power supply status, eg. using UPS battary or not and how long would the battary last.

2) how do I auto-power off the system before battary go flat, eg. 10 minutes before the battary life.

3) how do I auto-reboot the system when power supply resume?
