baseline not found : SPP to Proliant DL360 gen9
hi, I'm currently having problem with applying SPP ver. 20171001 to Proliant DL360 gen9.
I install the ISO on dvd media, it stops at the SUM with
"loccalhost Failed to add baseline No default baseline found."
I try it by USB Key(HPE Key utility 3.0 on SPP ISO), black screen saying "baseline cannot be mounted" appears,
I try it by remote access SUM from launch_sum.bat on ISO it doesn't acknowledge the ./packages mounted on the Client PC
please advise on why DL360 cannot read SPP baseline, and solutions on how to take care of it.
Thanks in advance

Re: baseline not found : SPP to Proliant DL360 gen9
Are we using a USB DVD drive?
Can we try the ISO thru ILO mount and use IP(intelligent provisioning) ?

Re: baseline not found : SPP to Proliant DL360 gen9
Confirm if the SPP ISO image you are using is of size : (5.6 GB)
You could download it from below URL
Service Pack for ProLiant
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_85633fd81ad7456dbf6c8a7137
Type: Application (Entitlement Required) - System Management
Version: 2017.10.1(31 Oct 2017)
Once downloaded, extract the SPP.ISO image and use the SUM file included in this package
Once you launch, it should create a baseline
If any issue in update from OS. Try to update in offline mode, by booting directly from the ISO image.
