beep sound from the DL380

this server is a Micros System 9700 server. check the event log and hp event log don't show any error. HP engineering had change The motherboard and CPU processor 2nd time but the beep sound still occur.

What O/S are you running?

Do you have this server on a UPS?

Have you run system diagnostics on the server?

- the beep sound short but continuously.
- the OS is windows 2000 server.
- This server is on a UPS. The UPS running fine.
- I had run system diagnostics on the server everything fine not error

I have seen once that a application did a "heartbeat" that beeps.

Can it be some like that.
