bl495c G5 Virtual Serial Port disconnect via SSH
I have configured my server with the Virtual Serial Port settings as described here: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00263709/c00263709.pdf
I can ssh to the iLO IP address and type in vsp and then I get the serial port output of my server. However, after a few minutes the SSH connection breaks and after that disconnect, when I try to re-connect and type in vsp again, then I get an error saying that the vsp is in use already. I need to go to the iLO web interface and disconnect manually, then I can connect again.
Are there any known issues with the SSH connection to iLO disconnecting frequently? It happens every few minutes.

Re: bl495c G5 Virtual Serial Port disconnect via SSH
I SSH into iLO all the time and do not loose SSH connections.
Make sure your running the most current iLO firmware

Re: bl495c G5 Virtual Serial Port disconnect via SSH
I'd be more inclined to think you have some type of network related issue. 1st thing I'd check is to make sure you don't have another device using the same IP address as iLO.
