blue screen trap

can any body help?
i am getting a "Blue Screen Trap (bugcheck, STOP: 0x00000076 (0x00000000, 0x86e79b20, 0x00000010, 0x00000000))" error on my ml530 g3 server, this server has win 2k and citrix xp fr3 installed on it. it seems to happen when i have problems with the spooler service, i have run the spooler clean tool in the win 2003 resource kit to no avail.

has anybody any ideas?

Hi, does the system log anything about the error? Do you have the Compaq IMLV installed? Is there any hadware error logged there?

i have check the server using insight and all the hardware is reporting ok, there arn't any error is the system log apart from the usuall citrix errors

did you install the latest support pack and rompaq available?

yes i have installed latest rom, i cant install the sp4 as it will not work with citrix

You mentioned spooler errors. Did you have a spooler error logged and after the system hangs?

there are 11 service control manager errors in the sys log just before it blue screens they are:

event id 7023
the spooler service terminated with the following error:
the access code is invalid

well, I found this information about the error on a forum:

Service: Spooler, Error: ├в The access code is invalid├в .
This event can occur when attempting to start the Print Spooler service through a Terminal Service or a Citrix connection. On the actual console, run ├в net start spooler├в in a command window instea
