blue screens randomly

I have been getting blue screens at random moments. I have an HP 550 with Vista Basic.

hi,

it could be HW problem or Sw problem, virus trojan infiltration ....

the best way is to reinstall the system from scratch, and if this will not help, you should give the laptop in to the service.
