boot problem

Hello, when I boot my Proliant 3000 with Smart Array 3200 controller I'll get the following NT error message; "The system did not load because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem."
My boot partition is 4Gb and my ARC path starts with SCSI(x).
Microsoft explains something about this problem for a Smart 2/P Array controller in Article Q178278. Any suggestions?
