booting DL360

Hi,
I've installed a DL360 G4 with W2003 but every time the server boots I have to press F1 to continue...(menu is shown).
How can i suppress or disable that ?

You can use RBSU setting for that however is there any Errors on the POST or amber or Red led at Front?

no post errors (except the warning that the redundant power supply isn't used) and no red led lights

This warning is the cause.
In RBSU you can change "F1 Prompt" behaviour to Disable/Enable/Delayed.
