buffer.xml error during execution of the HPQLOCFG.exe tool in windows 7

Hi All,

Am very new to HP tools and trying to execute one of the HP tool to get required ILO 3/4 data using standard *.xml file provided by HP.

The problem am facing is when I try to execute "HPQLOCFG.exe" tool from windows 7 64 bit machine. I get the below error :

command used  to run : HPQLOCFG.exe -s <<ip address>> -l get_global_output.xml -f Get_Global.xml -v -c -u <<username>> -p <<password>>

Error :

HP Lights-Out Configuration Utility- HPQLOCFG v.1.2.0.0 dated 16/5/2014

HP Lights-Out Configuration Utility- HPQLOCFG v.1.2.0.0 dated 16/5/2014

(c) Hewlett-Packard Company, 2014

ERROR:Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\HPLights-OutConfigurationUtility\Buffer.xml' is denied.

I install this tool "SP66557.exe" and took the *xml file from "windows-LOsamplescripts4.50.0". I have installed Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.2 as well.

Not sure if am missing anything or do I need to have this buffer.xml file ? if so from where I should copy this file ?

Anyhelp will be much aprreaciated.

Thanks,

Vijay
