c3000 instalation

We have bought a new c3000 with BL460c pre-instaled but in standart kit there are no any cables to connect the keyboard and monitor. Whether I can instal OS in another way?

Configure OA (Onboard Administrator) as described in manual. Connect to OA and open Remote Console for needed blade. You may attach iso-image to blade and install OS.

I don't have even a manual...
but i have found a way to start remote console on my laptop and now i have a problem with my bl460. The blade do not starting, on the front panel Health LED blinks the red.

On the Insight Display:
A iLO2 failure has been detected. Make sure you have a suitable iLO2 firmware loaded (must be at least 1.30)
Reseating the blade or resetting iLO2 may also help.

Inspect BL460c status in OA Manager. What number of blades and power supplies installed in your C3000?
Try to update iLO firmware as Thakur says and reseat blade.

The problem was in enlosure settings of iLO, I have only restore the defaults and system starts correctly
