can i install smart array 641 on a ml150 G2

I have a Proliant ML150-G2 and I need to install a RAID Controller can i use smart array 641 on it.

I've already seen those documents.
I was wondering why the SA 641 cannot be installed in it, the server has pci X or pci express. Any ideas ?

Your question is valid. Ideally, if the card fits, it should work.

But, the answer is really the same as "Why can I not install the Smart Array controller in a desktop system with PCI-X slot?"

The reason is really that it is neither recommended, nor tested on that server. :)
