can't download BIOS

I have an HP Proliant ML110 G3 server (looks like a desktop) with the following BIOS:

CPQ06

AMI Core 08.00.12

I had an old hp proliant and decided to use it. The server is running but I can't update the BIOS because it does not give download links:

BIOS and certain firmware's are only downloadable if the server is under warranty/contract.
