cannot upgrade nic teaming software with NC3134 in server
I get this error when trying to run hpsum..
Failed dependancy
Installation for "HP Network Configuration Utility for Windows Server 2003" requires one or more of the following that is not currently installed or in the install set:
- A NC3134 NIC has been found in this server. Because installation of this version of the n100325.sys driver does not support the NC3134, HPSUM has prevented the installation of the driver to maintain network connectivity.

Re: cannot upgrade nic teaming software with NC3134 in server
Hi!
that seems to be quite self explaning. The new HP network configuration utility doesn't support the driver you currently have installed for nc3134 and there are no newer driver for that card. Which makes this "error".
The thing you can try is to manually find the latest driver for nc3134 and install it and then try to install the NCU.

this causes hp sum to bomb out though...
say if your updating it via the commandline any failed dependancies will not allow you to install the rest of the support paq unless you de-select this.
