cciss
We have a DL385 G2 crashed twice today, there isnt any obvious log indicating HW failure, but we found following messages a bit suspicious.

Well, it looks like You have to disks of same size behind same SmartArray controller.
Install Proliant Support Pack (PSP) to be sure of HW faults, You also get prefailure notifications before HW failure.

Attached log file also for further analysis...h/w issue is minisucule as what i can see with the error log files...H/w environment status also is fine, LEDs are normal...is this a symtomof kernel issue?..please advise.Thanks.
