chkdsk
Hi everyone
we have compaq proliant ml370 configured for Clusters active/active
due to some reason i stop and start rpc service and ever since i m facing a very critical problem.
when i manual start failover or u can say move group to let another node to take over, windows chkdsk start and then this chkdsk keep on switching from 1 node to another automatically several times . this cause the downtime of almost 1 hr which is not accpetable offcourse.then after 1 hr it settle down and finish chkdsk then failover complete otherwise during chkdsk it shows online pending .
if any guys come across this problem b4 pls help or if microsoft can help that would be gr8 .
i have searched support.microsoft.com and got the article q311081 since i m getting 1066 event id in the event viewer says my 1 disk is corrupted u must run chkdsk /f .
i ran chkdsk successfully , i didn't get any error msg on my disk , all were OK.
PLEASE help to rectify chkdsk problem which is not eloborated in the article Q311081 published on MS web site.
thanks
Adeel
