choices for cheap 2-proc proliant server

Hello.

We plan to buy some number of 2-processor Proliant servers, but limited in money. Servers is like 2x Xeon 4-core processors with 20-30 Gig of RAM, and about 4TB of disk space (with RAID) desired.

What about DL120G7 ? Am I understand right, that it supports 2x 4-core Xeons and up to 32 GB of RAM, though has the only one power supply ?

Another variants ?
