compaq agents

Can someone tell me how to manually remove the agents..The uninstall doesn't work..

There is a utility for windows 2000 called primer. It's purpose is to remove utilities not supported under win2k. It's used to remove the agents and other utilities. It's located on our download page www.compaq.com/support/files/server - choose win2k, servers, operating system enhancements. You'll need to re-apply the support paq and agents (updated I hope) after using this utility
