compaq proliant 1850R
does anyone knows how i can start the bios setup???

Hello Kurky,
You need to hit F10 when prompted during POST. This is asuming you have system partition installed locally. Otherwise boot the server with Smart Start CD. The latest Smart Start you can use is 5.50 only. In case you dont have access to Smart Start CD then you would need to create System configuration diskettes from the following link:
