compaq ser ver agents did not start on ML330

I'im in charge of 130 servers ML330 ( compaq agents version 4.9) , 2 or 3 per cent of them have a problem with the compaq server agent which is not recognized as a service and thus not started ...I have reinstalled the compaq agent in 5.1 , no more results.

Make sure the dependency services have started. Most of the Agents have a dependency on other services starting first. Look for time outs in your event log, especially with the SNMP service. Make sure you have a good install of the Foundation Agent.
