compaq virtual LUN

We have a Proliant ML370 G2, W2k SP4 File and Print Server: when we reboot windows recognizes new hardware "compaq virtual LUN". We have updated all Drivers, including our Smart Array 532, without improvement. We can only stop this process by killing the task "rundll32.exe". We have added no Hardware or Software.
All suggestions welcomed!

first : how is the installation done ?
Manual/smartstart.

Second : Which PSP is installed on the server.
