config ML370 as PDC

Hi,
Our company want to purchase a Proliant ML370 to setup as Win2k PDC for approx 400 users & Win2kprofessional Client PCs.
What configurations should I be looking for ? how much RAM , disk space, processor?

Also should I use Raid 1 or Raid 5 for hardware torelant?
Cost is not an issue here.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Go for more RAM and Space on the server rather then CPU Speed. Also try and get a gigbit card (two if you want torelance). Also you might want to get dual CPU main board with one CPU only (for future expension)
