copy operation will hang when one nic link loss whitch config as teaming

Hi,
I need help of the problem as follow
status:
1.DL380G5 install windows2003R2 and update to sp2
2.install the driver (cp007290.exe)
3.install the NCU tools я╝Иcp007172.exe ,8.6 versiionя╝Й
4.config teaming as auto mode
problem:
when i copy data to the server,i unplug the nic cable whitch primary of translate and receive data package,this time the copy operation will noresponse ,but i can copy other file to server the link does not loss,just the first copy operation hang.

how can i solve this problem,

How does each port perform with teaming turned off? Try using one port at a time to see if there is a problem with a specific port first.

yes when I disable the teaming every port work normal├п┬╝ i'll update the firmware and test

what are these nic's connected to?
is it the same switch or two different switches,
teaming is setup as auto, but what is the resulting mode ?
is it failover, failover with preferred, load balancing, or etherchannel.

I assume it's most likely MAC-related.
the running connection caches the mac-adress of the first nic, wich is also cached by the switch in its forwarding table.
