cpfiles.exe

When installing Windows Server 2008 RC2 on ProLiant DL 160 G6 I have got message:

"cpfiles.exe ... not recognized ..."

 

I have assigned size of boot partititon in 128000 (MB) - MB so shows system (with RAID 1+0).

 

This it is important for success installation the Server?
