cpq32fs cause event id 11

After upgrade to Sp3, the cpq32fs2 cause event id 11 error, the driver detected a controller error on \device\scsi\cpq32fs21, the SCSI card is the compaq integrated dual channel wide ultra32 scsi controller (and the driver is 5.17.2)
