cpq32fs2 & SCSI
I have a Proliant 800 with WinNT SBS and a Tandberg SLR60 Drive.
I am getting Event Error 11, source - CPQ32fs2, message - "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\ScsiPort2."
It occurs every night, approx. 80 minutes after the ArcServe backup job begins and which subsequently terminates as "cancelled."
I have installed the latest driver from Tandberg and updated the system bios and drivers using the latest Packs from your site with NO success.
Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Hrad

Re: cpq32fs2 & SCSI
This error is due to the speed of the SCSI port is faster than the backup device. Go into the F10 partition and find the port that this device is attached to. There you will see SCSI bus speed. Drop it down to SCSI2 compliant and then save and exit.
